The semi-basement apartment comes with a separate bedroom, flat-screen TV, and mini fridge, while the budget double room provides direct access to the courtyard and cannot accommodate an extra bed. Additionally, the semi-basement apartment opens to a patio and includes air conditioning, Plasma TV, and a fridge, and the triple room features a balcony, air conditioning, and tile/marble floor.
